In 2010, sports media personality Jen Stager unexpectedly found himself at the heart of football’s biggest scandal.
Now, 14 years later, she finally got the opportunity to tell her side of the story.
Sterger attracted the attention of media around the country when the words came out that NFL legend Brett Favre had sent an unsolicited photo of his genitals.
At the time, Favre was a New York Jets quarterback and Sterger worked in the team’s media department.

The new documentary sheds light on the Fabre scandal and focuses on Starger’s experience.
New documentary titled Not spoken: Fall of fall I started streaming on Netflix today.
“I’ve never been treated like a person,” says Starger, who at one point in the film, blames the scandal along with footage from fans and media personalities.
The irony is multilayered as Favre not only sent unprovoked photos, but Sterger never made the publication of illegal texts. She published the story without Starger’s consent, merely mentioning the situation to her friend and fellow sports journalist Aji Daurelio.
“I was telling the couple, and at the end of this, if there are two scum bags out of this situation, it’s me and Brett Fabre,” Daurelio recently told CNN (per) people magazine).
Starger says Jets fans have turned their anger towards her

“I think one of the reasons why it’s so hard for people to empathize with me on the Internet is because I’m just a photo for them,” Starger says in the documentary. “And he was Brett Fabre.”
Starger revealed that he never even met Fabre during his singleseason as the Jets quarterback.
“I’ve never met him,” Starger says.
“We’ve never been to the same room. We’ve never waved. There was no relationship, no relationship.”

A career plagued by scandals
In addition to the sexual harassment scandal, the document also delves into allegations that Favre has been accused of intercepting government funds aimed at helping the poor.
“I’ve just seen these things unfold many times,” sports journalist Jemelehill said in the document. “We are the women who are the ones who are bashed when it comes to superstar athletes being accused of inappropriate behaviour with women.
“No one wonders why married men send these photos to women who don’t know this type of photo. This woman is not only trying to do her job, but she’s just trying to create a career path for herself.
Last year, Fabre was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. He denied any fraudulent conduct regarding misappropriation of government funds.
He has not yet commented on his renewed interest in the Starger scandal. Not spoken: Fall of fall It’s currently streaming on Netflix.
