Scorpism is a serious public health issue in Brazil, and scorpion stings are the most common accidents caused by poisonous animals. Scorpion venom constitutes a complex mixture of different classes of molecules, some of which may have pharmacological properties. The purpose of this study is to investigate the biological activity and composition of venom and hemolysis. tityus paraguayensisendemic species found in Mato Grosso do Sul State. Hemolysis showed proteolytic and lipase activities associated with innate immunity and digestion processes, respectively. These activities are not thought to be involved in the symptoms of awareness, but may prove valuable in the reproduction of compounds with antimicrobial activity. The venom showed phospholipase and lipase activity and was stimulated (NA+k+) – At-Pase Activities. The venom was also analyzed for activity against epimastigote morphology. Trypanosoma curji. In this assay, T. paraguayensis The venom inhibited the growth of parasites. The venom did not cause cytotoxicity in Vero cells. SDS-PAGE analysis revealed proteins ranging from 10 to 140 kDa and bands with molecular weights <10 kDa corresponding to the neurotoxic peptides. HPLC analysis of T. paraguayensis Venom revealed that the most peak count has a retention time of 1-20 minutes (0-35% acetonitrile). The partial sequence of peak 10 was determined by Q-TOF analysis and was partially identified as a possible peptide (TP10).+ Channel ligand (KTX). Additionally, five toxins associated with potassium channel toxins, three toxins associated with sodium channel toxins, and metalloproteinases were identified by the shotgun proteome. T. paraguayensis poison. This is the first report of biological activity, HPLC profiles, electrophoresis patterns, and proteome analysis. T. paraguayensis poison. These findings suggest that T. paraguayensis Venococcus may be a valuable source for identifying molecules with pharmacological applications.
