  • The EBIT margin is down 148 bps at 17.99% versus 19.47%. (Estimated 18.37%)

  • Net profit fell 6.2% to Rs 4,309, compared to Rs 4,594. (Estimated Rs 4,376 crores)

  • Certain currency revenues reduced 0.8% QOQ, up 2.9% from the previous year

  • FY26 Guidance: Revenue growth is expected to be 2-5% year-on-year in CC and 18-19% EBIT margin.

  • 11.6% margin vs. 11.7% (estimated 10.4%)

  • Rs 518 crores increased by 15.9% to 447 crores (estimated Rs 460 crores)

  • We recommend a final dividend of 6 Rs per share

waaree Energy Q4 Highlights (Integrated, Yoy)

  • Revenues rose 36.4% compared to 2,936 crores against 4,004 rupees. (Estimated Rs 4,028 crores)

  • Rs 923 crores vs Rs 418 crores from EBITDA. (Estimated Rs 736 crores)

  • The margin is 14.2% versus 23%. (Estimated 18.3%)

  • Net profit rose 34% to 619 rupees to 461 rupees. (Estimated Rs 496 crores)

Huhtamaki India Q4 Highlights (Integrated, Yoy)

  • Revenue flat at Rs 610 crores and Rs 610 crores.

  • EBITDA fell by 5.9% compared to Rs 38.6 crores and Rs 41 crores.

  • The margin is 6.7% versus 6.3%.

  • Net profit flats of Rs 26 crores and Rs 26 crores.

Delta Corp Q4: Highlights (Integrated, Yoy)

  • Revenue fell 1.2% to 185 Rs.

  • EBITDA fell by 12% compared to Rs 42.5 crores and Rs 48.3 crores.

  • The margin is 26% versus 23.3%.

  • Net profit to Rs 165 crores and Rs 72.4 crores.

  • Exceptional gain of 212 Rs.

  • An exceptional profit of 130.49 crore in the sale of 51% stake in its subsidiary Deltatech Gaming. The 49% balance of DGL is explained by the fair value and gain of Rs 81.65, which is recognized under exceptional items. Additionally, the profit of Rs 1.08 comes from the strikeoff of Delta Offshore Developers, a wholly owned non-material subsidiary classified as an exceptional item.

Tata Communications Q4 Highlights (Integrated, QOQ)

  • Revenue: Rs 5,990.35 crores vs Rs 5,798.07 crores (Bloomberg estimate: Rs 5,966.84 crores)

  • Net profit increased by 341% to 1,040.51 Rs vs. Rs 236.08 Kroles (estimated: 305.17 Kroles)

  • EBITDA decreases by 5% to Rs 1,122.08 crores vs Rs 1,180.95 crores (estimated: Rs 1,220.41 crores)

  • 18.7% margin versus 20.4% (estimated: 20.5%)

  • Exceptional profit of Rs 578 for the current quarter

  • Profit of Rs 311.2 crore at the time of sale of the subsidiary TATA telecommunications payment solution.

  • The board recommends a final dividend of Rs 25 per share.

Cyient DLM Q4 FY25 (Integrated, Yoy)

  • Revenue rose 18.3% to 428 rupees vs 362 rupees

  • EBITDA increased by 50.5% at 57.2 rupees vs. 38 crores

  • 13.4% vs. 10.5% margin

  • Net profit rose 36.6% to 22.7 crore at Rs 31 crore

M&M Financial Q4 FY25 (Integrated, Yoy)

  • Net profit fell 31.8%, 457 rupees vs 670 rupees

  • Total revenue increased by 13%, at Rs 4,897 vs Rs 4,333

  • We declare a dividend of Rs 6.5 per share.

Vardhman Special Steels Q4 FY25 (Integrated, Yoy)

  • Revenue was 428 rupees, down 2.6% to 439 rupees

  • EBITDA fell 35.6% to 31.4 crores vs Rs 48.8 crores

  • 7.3% margin vs. 11.1%

  • Net profit fell 39.8% to Rs 39.8, against Rs 32.8.
