Imitation crab and real crab in crab salad
If you can get real crab meat in this salad, or if you want to taste real crab meat, you should definitely try it. This salad is very delicious no matter how you make it. In fact, I Crab sticks Most often it’s meat.
Technically, it is ground white fish solidified with starch (hence the name of the dish ” Seafood salad). For me it’s a matter of convenience and economy, since crab sticks are easier to get and much cheaper. Plus, using crab sticks makes this salad easier to prepare. 😅

How to Make Imitation Crab Salad

How to serve and store
Serve this crab salad chilled and garnished with dill. If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Freezing is not recommended as it will destroy the texture of the raw vegetables.
