Republicans may have lost the morally bankrupt former Rep. Liz Cheney, but they just got a red pill Tulsi Gabbard in her place. Republicans replaced him with benchwarmer Adam Kinzinger.
And this is the most lopsided trade since Herschel Walker went from the Dallas Cowboys to the Vikings in exchange for 12 players and ultimately three Super Bowls.
Gabbard, a former Democratic presidential candidate and former congresswoman from Hawaii, has been drawn to conservative ideology for some time. Moreover, she sees her party as a bunch of gender-confused woke Marxists.
Now she is about to cross the bridge.
She officially announced the change in an announcement at former President Donald Trump’s rally in North Carolina on Tuesday. And the crowd ate it up.
Tulsi Gabbard announces switch to Republican Party
Trump surprised the Republican and conservative crowd by giving Tulsi Gabbard some time to speak at the rally.
“For all of you here or watching from home, independent-minded people like me, people who love our country and are committed to our Constitution and our freedoms, there is no place for people like us in the Democratic Party.” said Gabbard.
“But we in the Republican Party have a place where President Trump will welcome us with open arms.”
That’s when she delivered a shocker.
“I’m proud to stand here with President Trump today and announce that I’m joining the Republican Party,” Gabbard added.

how far has she come
President Trump said Tulsi Gabbard’s announcement of joining the Republican Party came as a surprise.
“It’s really… she’s been independent for a long time,” Trump said. “It’s great and I’m very honored.”
Republican faces indicated they were “not aware” that Gabbard would be joining the party.
“It was a surprise,” he said.
It was just two years ago that Gabbard announced her departure from the Democratic Party. On her way out the door, she accused her colleagues of inciting anti-white racism and being controlled by “warmongers” obsessed with “vile wokeness.”
Cheney and Kinzinger are a good fit. Cheney is a warmonger. Adam, you coward.
I can no longer remain in today’s Democratic Party, which is completely under the control of an elitist cabal of vile woke warmongers. They racialize every issue and incite anti-white racism to divide us and actively work to undermine our God-given freedoms. pic.twitter.com/oAuTnxZldf

In her announcement, Gabbard said, blamed her former party members Demonizing law enforcement while “protecting criminals at the expense of law-abiding Americans,” Democrats say they “believe in open borders” and “go after political opponents.” “We intend to weaponize the national security state,” he said.
She’s not wrong.
Some Republicans may view Tulsi Gabbard’s move with suspicion. Indeed, she still holds some unpleasant opinions About the Second Amendment.
But including her in the effort to save our country is part of the “big tent” strategy that Democrats pretend to be adopting in desperation, when in reality they are using open arms. The Republicans are standing there.
One thing is for sure: we live in interesting times.
