This is a big reason why I prefer Apple devices, including iPads, via Android. but, Murena Pixel Tablet The ready-made, destroyed Android tablets you can buy are those that don’t require tinkering on your side. And after a few weeks of testing

The Murena tablet runs /E /OS, a custom Android version developed by Murena that focuses on privacy-first devices. This is a Googled pixel tablet, so it’s physically the same hardware as Google’s tablet, but it skips the bloatware and tracking that comes with Android.

The detachable tablet does not preload the Google apps available on other ready-to-use Android tablets. There are several Murena apps like the App Store, browser, email, and more. However, instead of over 60 apps preloaded on Google Pixel tablets (and other Android tablets, etc.), the Murena tablet only comes with 23.

The Murena tablet and Google Pixel tablet are both the same tablet and the same hardware, so the benchmark scores are surprisingly similar. The only slight difference is the low GPU score in Murena Tablet due to lack of Google Graphics Library and driver tuning.

Also: I didn’t think this $300 Android tablet was that impressive

Considering a privacy-focused tablet will quickly help you think about your iPad. These are generally more private than the average Android tablet, thanks to Apple’s efforts to protect user data, but when you use an iPad you are locked into Apple’s ecosystem. Apple may not sell data even if you opt out of tracking, but it still knows the habit.

Murena tablets offer users more independence from Big Tech. No Apple or Google is involved and no account is required to use it.
