Law that prohibits federal district judges from issuing national injunctions Wednesday evening passed a US home to address what Republicans call judicial overreach.

R-Calif. Rep. Darrell Issa of the lawmaker sponsored the bill.
“My Bill – The False Arbitration Act of 2025 doesn’t just deal with overloads like Judge Boasberg’s outrageous demands on the President and the Trump administration,” Issa stated, “The comprehensive solution needed to ensure that this issue doesn’t occur anywhere in federal judiciary, and we need to regain the right and right balance in our courts.”
All Democrats in existence opposed the bill, while all Republicans except two supported it.
The passage continues Monday’s decision by the US Supreme Courtthe federal district courts do not have jurisdiction to prevent the president from deporting members of Venezuela prison gangs.
