United Arab Emirates– Healthcare service provider Burjeel Holdings and Hippocratic AI, a generator AI company that develops large-scale language models with a focus on safety for healthcare, have announced a strategic partnership to change healthcare delivery.
Burjeel Holdings operates in parts of the Middle East and North Africa. Hippocratic AI and Burjeel announced their alliance during Abu Dhabi Global Healthcare Week last week.
Through the Alliance, Hippocratic AI Generation AI Healthcare Agents will be built for “non-diagnostic clinical tasks for patients” distributed among Burjeel Holdings healthcare facilities and physiotherapy clinics. United Arab Emirates and Oman.
By integrating the capabilities of Hippocratic AI, Burjeel Holdings can transform patient engagement and provide customized, sympathetic clinical conversations with patients, the company said.
The partnership also includes multilingual AI agents such as Arabic and Emirati dialects. Hippocratic AI agents currently speak more than 15 languages, including localized dialects such as Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese and Emiratia Arabic.
The company plans to expand its language coverage to include almost all major global languages.
Furthermore, the collaboration aims to provide individual “local-generated AI agents” tailored to cultural integrity and local relevance.
AI agents extend to specialties such as oncology, cardiology, neurology, and orthopedics.

Last week, Burjeel Holdings announced a strategic partnership with Diagnostics Company Generale. If FDA approval is pending, the alliance will focus on the deployment of Genalyte’s Merlin automated diagnostic system in Burjeel’s healthcare facility network.
According to the company, once Merlin is cleared by the FDA, Burjeel aims to integrate the Merlin platform into its clinical infrastructure.
