There are days when I look back on my early days in Canada, where circumstances forced me to eat and enjoy things that were not only foreign to me, but also not the most appealing. This is the case with the humble can of Spam.
What you need…
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 can of Spam (slice)
1 onion (medium) (slice)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 green onions (chopped)
6-10 cherry tomatoes (slice)

Heat the oil in a heavy frying pan over medium heat and fry the spam. (Thickness approx. 1cm) 5-7 minutes. Be sure to flip it over and brown both sides.
Spam is firm and has a slightly golden edge that gives it a unique flavor.
Let’s put them aside. Reduce heat to medium-low and add onion, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. (herb). Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Next, add the green onions and tomatoes.
Cook for 3 minutes, then add the fried spam.
Adding crushed garlic and a teaspoon of tomato paste will tighten up the entire dish.
Heat up spam (Approximately 2-3 minutes) And turn off the stove. enjoy!
Serve with eggs and toast.
