google now let you manage The Nest Cam IQ indoor and outdoor cameras (both released in 2017) were introduced through public preview in the Google Home app. This means you can now technically manage all Nest Cams from 2015 through the Home app instead of the Nest app.

Over the past year, Google has been slowly working to bring Nest cam into homes. When you transfer your Nest Cam IQ camera to Home, Google says, “You can see your video history in Event and Timeline views, access camera settings, and more, without switching between the Nest and Google Home apps.” Masu. You can participate Public preview From within the Home app, or home.google.com. “If you’re already enrolled in public preview, you’ll have access to both the Nest and Google Home apps.[お気に入り]A tab will prompt you with instructions on when you can transfer your Nest Cam from the Nest app to Google. Additionally, if you’re enrolled in the public preview, Google now lets you manage your Nest Hub Max device from the Home app. However, unlike the Nest Cam IQ camera, once you bring your Nest Hub Max device into the Home app, you can’t transfer it to the Nest app.
