Luxury jewelery brand GIVA Jewelery has closed an extended Series B funding round of Rs 255 million from Premji Invest, EPIQ Capital, Edelweiss Discover Fund and GIVA’s management team.
Although the company did not disclose the valuation, this round’s valuation was higher than previous ones. The funding round consisted of 35% primary investment and 65% secondary investment, with partial exits from A91 Partners and India Cootient.
This fresh capital infusion will be used for the company’s expansion plans, strengthening its offline presence across India, strengthening its lab-grown diamond offering, and enabling strategic investor exits.
