Luke Rittler, Michael Van Gerwen and Gerwyn Price are among the players involved in the German Darts Grand Prix at Easter Weekend, where the 4th European Tour event will be held in 2025.
Price, Vangerwen and World Champion Littler are one of the 16 types of seeds, so they enter the stage in the second round of Easter Sunday after the tournament takes place in 16 matches.
World No. 1 Luke Humphreys won the Munich event in 2024, attacking Vangerwen 8-1 in the finals for the first time in three years, but this time opting out alongside Nathan Aspinol and Dimitri Vandenberg.
The tournament will finish in the third round, quarterfinals, semifinals and finals on Easter Monday.
As the top two seeds, Littler and Vangerwen were able to meet in the finals, just a week before they ran in the quarter on Liverpool’s Premier League Darts night on Route 12. Sky Sports.
The German Darts Grand Prix will be played in leg format in all rounds, including the best in the quarter finals best, ahead of the 13 semis and the best 15 finals.
It has a total prize of £175,000, with the winner earning £30,000.
So far, on this season’s European Tour, Littler has held the Belgian darts open, Aspinol has won the European darts trophy, and Steven Bunting has won the International Darts Open.
