General Hospital We see Giovanni “Gioio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) quickly becoming revealed as the mysterious son of Brooklynn Quarter Maine (Amanda Setton) and Dante Falconoli (Dominique Zampologna).
But who drops the bomb that will blow to life? I’m going to see who is revealing the truth about his biological parent about Gio and the fallout from that explosion. As of this week, more people are looking for Brooklyn and Dante’s son, and the truth is about to come out. In other words, one person has already guessed it, but they need evidence.
Lulu suspects GIO is BLQ and Dante’s son General Hospital
First of all, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) put together two and two. She is sure that Geo is the child of Dante and Brooklyn. Lulu tells Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) that she already needs to find Dante’s son. And this week, Lulu tells Carly that he thinks Geo is their child. So we could see Carly give advice to Lulu.
If she wants to prove that Gio is a child, Lulu will need to get a DNA test. She could easily swipe Geo’s toothbrush and secretly run her father’s test. She can test it against Rocco Falceroni (Finn Francis Kerr) or Dante. Either one will give her the answer she needs. But even if Lulu gets evidence, that doesn’t mean she’ll be the one who will rob a hand-drawn bullet and blow up Dante.
Who will reveal the truth about GH’s GIO? Tracy, Jason, Carly?
Carly, Tracy Quartermain (Jane Elliott) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) are all involved in the mix. And of course, Lulu was there the whole time. Therefore, another way this comes out could be tied down to asking Jason to use his mob resources to find her great grandchild. Wednesday’s spoilers are Jason and Carly taking the strategy after she warns Lulu to be careful of this theory of her inflammation, so he may have to do it.
So, Carly might say to Jason that Lulu thinks Brook Lynn and Dante’s son are Geo. And Jason might tell Carly that Tracy asked him to find her great grandson. From there, Jason and Carly can perform DNA testing on Sly to test Lulu’s theory. But will Jason blow the truth away? i don’t think so. That doesn’t look like what he does. Tracy, on the other hand, is a completely different matter.
If Jason gets the evidence and reports to Tracy (Jane Elliott) that Gio is her great grandson, I’m sure she’ll march and tell Brook Lynn. And with that information, Dante might get the news from BLQ, as she has no excuse to sit down on adoption anymore. But the third option is Curly. She may not listen to anyone. She might turn around and take the truth to her former son-in-law, Dante.
Or maybe she’ll go to Brook Lynn and talk about Geo. We could see Carly doing this just to drive Lulu out of the line. As Carly reminded Lulu the other day, when Robin Scorpio Drake (Kimberly McCullough) reveals the truth about Michael Corinthus (Chad Duel)’s father, it blows life and Carly doesn’t want it for Lulu. However, if you can’t actually use some parents for reasons other than poor Gio, the truth needs to come up.
Is Lulu the most likely to drop a geobomb at a general hospital?
Return to Lulu. Let’s be real. She is one of the most likely candidates to drop a bomb. Because she can’t protect her nose from BLQ’s business and is determined to drive her out to Dante regardless of the cost. Lulu kept restraining, but Dante said, “I love you, but I can’t be with you.”
We’ve seen how annoyed Lulu is about BLQ Tell that to others Lulu deliberately thrusts into her. Of course, if Lulu told Dante, Carly warned him and warned him that Dante would shoot the messenger, so I think it could explode in her face. But in the end, Lulu is trying to do what Lulu wants to do. So it might be her who will drop the hand bullet.

Finally, one of the last people who can spill the truth about Gio to cover all of our bases could be Lois Cello (Lena Sofa) himself. Guilt is eating her, and if she sees the truth that Geo is about to come out, Lois may come out before it and be pretty on BLQ.
After all, Lois almost let the cat go from his bag. General Hospital “I don’t know who he really is,” he cried out. This is the only reason it’s registered on Lulu’s radar at this point. So Lois may bite the bullet. Let’s get through it together.
Ideal GIO reveals scenarios and emotional fallouts of GH
The best result is to drop Geo’s bomb first on Dante, not first on the child, and hopefully make sure Gio is Dante and Brook Lynn’s child goes to BLQ with the truth first.
And then the adult BLQ, Dante, Chase (Josh Swicker), everyone can straighten their facts, settle down, make plans, then Brooke Lynn and Dante (Dominique can sit with Chase for Joe Support, and say, “Look, we know we’re your biological parents. Geo.”
They all need to understand how to handle it. And Brook Lynn and Lois may never be the same. And poor Geo is going to punch this two, two or three. His mom lied to him for the rest of his life. He didn’t know he was adopted. Gloria Cerullo (Ellen Travolta) and Lois also lied to his face during this time.
And instead of being an orphan, he could have had loving parents in his life after his mother died. That was the key to making Lois beautiful. Obviously, Gio will be shell-shocked, but Lois has been lying for so long, so I think he’s trying to do the most damage when all of this explodes.
