Bravo was hit by another lawsuit.
A legal complaint filed on February 25th alleges deck hair and makeup artist Samanthus Ares and camera operator Graida Dolston are alleging Under deck sailing yacht Cast member Gary King said, “It’s been held [Suarez] “Hostages in a hotel room while filming season 4 of this franchise in July 2022.”

According to the complaint, Suarez went to King’s hotel room at one point and dropped off a case of water and snacks.
King opened the underwear door and refused to take any water.
Suarez writes that she walked past the king to place items inside the room, and along the way the king reportedly charged towards her and physically restrained her.
“Suarez manages to be free, and runs towards the door, and as King, who was chasing her, grabs her hands and locks her in her door, locks her in her locks her in her terrifying laugh, stares at her with evil inflation. I’ve begun to open it. My eyes are written.
“Suarez was sure she would be raped.”

King, Bravo, NBCUniversal, Mountain View Productions, 51 Minds, 51 Mind Entertainment, Endemole Shine Office, Endemole USA Holdings, 1-50 are all listed in the lawsuit.
Suarez and Dudlston’s complaints list 16 causes of action seeking damages including sexual battery, assault, harassment of a hostile work environment, and negligent employment/retention/supervision.
Dudlston, who was dating Suarez at the time, claims that he saw King “unify the bikini tops of two female cast members without consent.”
He reported the incident along with allegations that King had made “delicious remarks to a female audio technician” and that he grabbed “the genitals of two male camera operators” into production.
Shortly after the season concluded, other Bravo employees made similar claims to the employees that the plaintiffs made here.

“It was insane. One of the accusers filed in October 2023 added: “We’ve seen a lot of trouble with the accusers who were allegedly in October 2023.
“I had to promote this guy who just attacked someone and make him look amazing. That’s what I did, making this guy look cool, capable and exciting. That’s what it is.”
Bravo worked on the allegations in a statement to Rolling Stone around this time, saying:
“Bravo is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace for the cast and crew in real life shows. We provide appropriate workplace policies and training to third-party production companies; It calls for a clear process on how to report concerns.
“Suarez’s concerns raised in July 2022 were investigated at that time and action was taken based on the findings.”
On his part, King wrote on social media that he hoped to “come back to your screen” in the near future, adding, “everyday I’m trying to make myself better.”
Meanwhile, in the past, Andy Cohen and Bravo have also been subject to other sexual harassment allegations.
