Are pork chops healthy?
I’m not a doctor, but these people eat a few meals, including paleo and keto. Experts argue that lean pork has several health benefits, including protein, zinc, omega-3 fatty acids and iron. If you’re worried about pan-frying, burning pork chops can also work well.

How to Fry Pork Chops

- Removes the cold – Remove pork chops from the fridge about 20 minutes before cooking and reach room temperature. It helps them to cook evenly and keep them juicy.
- Preparation – Dry the pork chops with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Scrub all sides with 1 tablespoon of oil.
- seasoning – Add garlic powder, onion powder, creole seasonings, salt and pepper to a small mixing bowl. Mix the spices until they are completely combined. Pour into a shallow bowl and set aside. (Photo 1)
- Spice the chop – Use a hand or cooking brush to evenly rub the seasoning mixture over all sides of each pork chop. Drink pork chops with flour (one at a time) on each side, shake off any excess and set aside. (Photo 2-3)
- fry – Heat a large cast iron skillet to medium height and add butter and remaining oil. Once the butter has completely melted and the oil shimmer has completely melted, add the pork chops to the skillet. Do not crowd the pot. If the frying pan is small, you should cook two at a time. (Photo 4)
- Flip – Fry in 1 inch thick pork chops for 6-8 minutes. Wait for the chops to be released from the frying pan. The instant reading thermometer should be registered between 145°F/63° to 165°F/75° (well done) when inserted horizontally into the chop.
- rest – Remove the chops to the plate, cover with foil and let rest for about 5 minutes. This allows the juice to be reabsorbed into the meat for its juicy chops.
- Finishing finish – Garnish with optional chopped parsley and add your favorite sides.

- Oven Fried Pork Chops. Bake at 425℉ (220°) for 8-10 minutes. Flip the chops and bake for another 5-10 minutes until you reach the desired donness.
Tips and tips
- You may need to adjust the cooking time depending on the thickness of the chop. Cook in thick chops for an average of 4-6 minutes, 1¼ inch thick for 8-10 minutes, and 1½ inch chops for 10-12 minutes.
- The center of the pork chop can be slightly pink as long as the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 140°F/61°C. The temperature continues to rise during the break.
