Fives Faces wins $1 million Series A funding
Operated as five FACES, a provider of patient experience software, Alphalitica has raised $1 million ($650,000) in a Series A funding round led by the Utiliti Group.
Started with digital signage in 2019, the Queensland-based company offers low-code software to help you quickly digitize your patient experience. It is adopted by major healthcare providers, including the Sydney Regional Health District, Alfred Health and New Dunedin Hospital in New Zealand.
In a statement, the company said it will use revenues for expansion in and outside Australia and develop new digital solutions.
The funding round also received grants from the Queensland government through the Women Founders Co-Investment Fund. Five Faces was founded by CEO Nicole Nixon.

Integrating REI AI products into Kailo’s existing solutions will “enable radiologists to focus on the clinical questions at hand, relieve the burden of transcription and fully utilize their expertise,” co-founder Bernard Dasher said in a statement.
