Falconina Cafetera New species (Araneae, Coryniniaceae) is described on the basis of male and female specimens collected from shaded coffee plantations and suburban cocoa orchards in Chiapas, Mexico. Falconina It has been recorded from Mexico and is the northernmost species of this genus in the Americas, F. Gracilis muscle (Keyserling, 1891) Introduced into America and Cuba. F. Cafetera New species Different from all the others Falconina It can be distinguished from this species by the light colour of the hind body with some dark spots, and by the characteristics of the palps of the male and the upper legs of the female, including the observation of a platelet on the male palp of this species that has not been mentioned in other species of the genus.
