Connecticut Cannibal Tyree Smith It scares the family of his murder victim, Angel GonzalezAfter Smith was granted conditional release from the High Security Hospital, Gonzalez’s relatives have gone very crazy and have applied for a protection order.
TMZ interviewed Angel’s step-sister Talisa FrazierGonzalez’s daughter calls her father’s murderer extremely scary. She hopes that the judge will soon sign off to the restraining order, with the exception of Smith in Bridgeport, Connecticut, where the 2011 brutal murder occurred.
As we reported, Smith was accused of hacking Gonzalez in an empty building and eating a part of his brain along with his eyes. Smith was found not guilty on crazy reasons and was sentenced to 60 years at the largest security forensic hospital.
However, recently, the Connecticut psychiatry security review board granted Smith a conditional release from the hospital after the psychiatrist concluded that schizophrenia and other disorders were in full remission. The judges are sending Smith to his new home – a 24-hour supervisor community facility, but with more freedom.
In an interview with TMZ, Talisa said it was unfair for Smith to walk freely, saying, “We can look for jobs, we can go to the mall, we can go to the community movies. He can reunite with his son and father, but he can’t reunite with the angels.”

TMZ also talked recently. Jeffrey Dermer Investigator Dennis Murphy… warning that Smith could do it Returning to his murderous methods – Like Dahmer, who vowed to kill and eat people again if released from prison… before being killed behind bars in 1994.
Talisa agrees to Dahmer’s assessment and says she points out that Smith is likely to act again. She tells us,[The] The only way to protect our society – he should have been kept behind closed doors. ”
If Smith becomes Hannibal Lecter again, Talisa hopes everyone involved in his release will be accountable…that is, his doctors, and the Connecticut Psychiatric Security Review Board.
That said, Talisa wants the public to know that she wants Smith to be harmed… mainly because she thinks it’s bad karma.
And if Talisa hits Smith on the street, she tells him there’s one question – “Why did you kill an angel?”
