Elda Entertainment and Director’s Game Kaiserpunk, the Grand City Buildings and World Conquest Game, has announced that it is marching towards its launch on March 21st.
Elda Entertainment is a brand new publisher with a vision to provide the best management games and is collaborating with Zagreb, a Croatia-based directorial game on the project.
Blend the global conquest of urban buildings and strategy games with a focus on production, Kaiserpunk is available on Steam for $30. Elda Entertainment co-publishes the game along with the directorial game.
We interviewed Mario and Daniel Mihokovic about their business, which began in 2006, about Sandra Neudinger, CEO of Elda Entertainment, which began in 2023.
“We have worked mostly behind the scenes so far, and this was our first announcement along with our directing game for the public. We work with a considerable number of indie developers who run live games,” Neudinger said.
She runs a different way than other publishers. They publish white labels and traditional publications. Neudinger described director Kaiser Punk as “the perfect fit that fits our portfolio.”
Lead designer Danijel Mihokovic said the company has been bootstrapped so far and is ready to form an alliance with ELDA to get the game out of the door. The company looked into early access, but found that it has made good progress.
“We had to make sure we had a small amount of things that we were focusing on external marketing spending,” says Danijel Mihokovic. “Elda understood the game from the time we showed it. I was really impressed. I really feel the same way. It’s a passion for me.”
Set in another inter-Velum era (1918-1945), Kaiserpunk challenges players to build an empire to wage strategic wars across land, seas and air. With deep production chains, grand-scale urban buildings and global conquests at their centre, Kaiserpunk blurs the line between urban management and Earth Warfare.

Overseer Games is a small but agile game development team based in Zagreb, Croatia. It was founded in 2006 by four industry veterans with over 20 years of experience, each of which was founded. It was originally run under the name Little Green Men Games. It specializes in Sci-Fi space simulations, especially Premium Starpoint Gemini series for Windows PC and Xbox, 4 games, 12 DLC, and Premium Starpoint Gemini series with over 2.5 million downloads.
The two games before the director were more survival sensitive, but this game is to micromanage your production and move to mass production from the early 20th century. You have to see what you can achieve in diplomacy, but you have to prepare to go to war.
“We essentially created a world where World War I never ended,” said Daniel Mihokovich. “We have this ambitious range and a vision for a game that can be played for thousands of hours.”
Following the success of the Starpoint franchise, the company was rebranded as a director’s game, shifting its focus to the city builder genre, launching titles such as Patron (2021) and Aqua Chatico (2023). The directing game maintains a core team of 11 employees, including the original co-owner (three of whom are siblings), and regularly collaborates with a flexible network of freelancers and third-party partners to provide an innovative gaming experience.
