Donald Trump provided updates on two key members of the royal family.
On December 7, the president-elect met with Prince William (along with other world leaders) in the French capital to attend a ceremony to reopen Notre Dame Cathedral, which was destroyed by fire in April 2019.
The next day, President Trump spoke to reporters about topics he had brought up in a meeting with the Prince of Wales, who was representing Britain on behalf of his ailing father, King Charles.
“I asked about my wife and she said she was doing well,” Trump admitted, referring, of course, to Duchess Kate and her ongoing recovery from cancer.
“And I asked him about his father, and it was sad because his father was fighting so hard and he loves his father and he loves his wife.”
As our readers are well aware, King Charles Also I was diagnosed with cancer this year.

“We had a great talk for 30 minutes, just over 30 minutes. We had a great, great talk.”
President Trump also talked about Prince William’s sex appeal, saying that he is good-looking and “very handsome,” as President Donald Trump is also particular about his appearance.
“He’s a good-looking guy. He looked really, really handsome last night,” Trump told the New York Post. “Do some people look better in person? He looked great. He seemed really nice, so I told him so.”
According to various media outlets, President Trump described the entire meeting with Prince William as “great,” which may explain why Prince Harry had concerns about the meeting.
President Trump has never been a big fan of Prince Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle, who has voiced strong opposition to the future president when he ran for the same office in the past.
On Sunday, as the two stood in the lobby and posed for photos, President Trump praised the heir to the British throne, telling reporters:
“He’s a good guy, this one. He’s doing a great job.”
