The radical judge who ordered the Trump administration to turn around a plane deporting members of a Venezuelan gang, claimed Monday with the DOJ lawyer about his “fair power” during a dramatic hearing.
As previously reported, Obama-appointed Judge James Boasberg granted a temporary restraining order (TRO) that would stop the Trump administration from deporting thousands of Venezuelan citizens under alien enemy law.
The far left-handed American-hate groups, such as the ACLU and Democracy Forward, rushed to DC Court with desperate bids to protect dangerous, illegal foreigners from deportation.
Later Saturday, Judge Boasberg issued an emergency injunction (which has not yet been filed) and ordered the Trump administration to turn around a plane deporting dangerous Tren de Lagua Venezuela gang members.
“Airplanes that either take off or include these people in the air will need to be returned to the US, but that will be achieved,” Boasberg said verbally. Politics. “Make sure you’re compliant right away.”
It reportedly took two flights on its way to Central America.
On Sunday morning, Salvador President Naive Buquel ocked Judge Boasberg after two flights from the US, where around 300 Venezuelan aliens and other gang members landed in El Salvador.
Later on Sunday, Trump Dozi provided update Boasberg’s order and when the orders went down, the criminal aliens said they were outside our territory.
The DOJ argued that the judge had zero jurisdiction over international airspace.
On Monday, Trump’s DOJ eliminated Judge Boasberg during a controversial hearing over Trump’s administration’s crime of deportation of aliens in Venezuela.
The DOJ argued that Judge Boasberg had zero jurisdiction over international airspace.
Judge Boasberg repeatedly argued that there was “fair power” to stop planes in the air.
Via Margot Cleveland, a senior federalist law reporter who attended the hearing:
The judge requested to know:
1) The number of planes that departed us carrying someone on Saturday based on the declaration.
2) Number of each category.
3) Foreign/country landed.
4) I took some time to wear it. The time you claimed has left us airspace. What time did you land in each country? What time was it transferred to custody of that country?
Judge: These are the questions I want to answer, and why you don’t do me:
1) The number of planes that departed us carrying someone on Saturday based on the declaration.
2) Number of each category.
3) Foreign/country landed.
4) I took some time to wear it. Your time…– Margot Cleveland (@profmjcleveland) March 17, 2025
The DOJ fought back at the request of a declaration of oath and said it was not necessary as the government complied with the order.
The plane had already departed, so the aliens had technically already been removed from US territory.
2/ Will the judge ask the plaintiff if there are any other questions I should be asked?
The direct government to provide a declaration of oath was subject to the declaration to ensure that the government states it is based on Article 2.

The DOJ said the judge’s oral order on Saturday would turn the plane around. do not have Injunction.
The DOJ also claimed that the aliens had already been removed when the judge’s order was issued.
The power-hungry judge fought back, claiming that his fair power had outside the territory.
3/ DOJ: I’ll point out that oral order is not an injunction. And the transcript said that in commemoration I gave the base doj integrity to wait for written orders.
Judge: Quote, you say you are saying, “I’m telling you to turn the plane around.”
DOJ: Micro-order control.

Judge Boasberg told DOJ he had the power to order Trump administrators to return the plane.
The DOJ told the judge that the president has military authority.
4/Judge: My fair power can order you to return the plane.
DOJ: Once the court was lost physically deleted due to the completion of the ACT, it lost its jurisdiction once outside of US airspace.
Judge: A better course will go back to us and get a grasp of the course and then say I don’t care.
DOJ:…– Margot Cleveland (@profmjcleveland) March 17, 2025
Judge Boasberg ordered the DOJ to make sure nobody else was removed from the US and declare his oath that his third weekend flight was not subject to his declaration.
7/ DOJ: National Security Covered. Judge: You say you’re waiting for me.
Judge: Make sure no one else is excluded from the US.
DOJ: Yes.
Judge: Declaration that the third flight is not subject to the declaration. And why can’t you answer my question?– Margot Cleveland (@profmjcleveland) March 17, 2025
Later on Monday, Trump Dozi asked the Court of Appeal to intervene.
