President-elect Donald Trump’s new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is an effort to make government more efficient, drawing public attention to waste and duplication in government that hasn’t been done in years.
During this time, journalists and nonprofit organizations have written about examples of government waste, but few have actually received much attention.
Musk has created a Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) account on X and is asking his followers for suggestions.
