Diddy indicted on charges of human trafficking, extortion and kidnapping

Sean Diddy Combs He is now a criminal defendant in a sex trafficking and extortion case after a grand jury indicted him… this is according to official documentation.

Didi was charged with three counts of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.

According to the indictment, from 2008 to the present, members of the Combs companies engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation, and other illegal activities. Prostitution, coercion and solicitation of prostitution, drug offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.

According to the indictment, the purpose of Combs, Inc. was to develop a worldwide business in the media, entertainment and lifestyle industries, including to maintain Diddy’s power and to satisfy his personal desires, particularly sexual gratification, through the exploitation of women and the employment of commercial sex workers.

The indictment refers to the now-famous Freak Off parties, calling them “elaborately choreographed sex performances that Combs planned, directed, and in which he masturbated during the parties, often electronically recording them.”

According to the indictment, Combs allegedly lured women into his environment under the guise of romantic relationships, then used force, threats of force and coercion to compel the victims to engage in extended sexual relations with male prostitutes.”

After the bizarre acts, Combs and his victims were typically put on intravenous drips to aid in physical exercise and recovery from drug use.

His lawyer, Mark AnifiloAgnifilo said he will “fight tooth and nail” to get his client released on bail once he appears in court. Agnifilo said his client is not only innocent, but completely innocent.

Didi is due to appear before a judge on Tuesday morning where the charges against him will be read out.

Homeland Security agents swooped in on the matter Monday night and took Didi into custody. He is scheduled to appear in federal court on Tuesday where the charges against him will be read to him.

Diddy’s lawyer told TMZ, “Sean Diddy Combs is a music icon, a self-made entrepreneur, a family man and a proven philanthropist who has built an empire over the past 30 years, loves children and strives to uplift the black community. He is an imperfect human being, but he is not a criminal.”
