If you dismiss that black ju umpire, I want a misunderstanding!!!

DiddyHe blames the prosecutors in his case for trying to drive away black ju-death… and he says that if a judge is fired he wants a false hearing.
The rapper’s legal team submitted a letter to the judge Arun Subramanian Sunday evening… The courts argue that prosecutors’ questions about the inconsistent answers of ju apprentices may be faithful, but the government is simply pretending to dismiss ju apprentices because of their race.
It’s easy to see Diddy’s team “trying to take advantage of the opportunity to hit yet another black man from the ju umpire” by putting the attempted fire in the context of a comprehensive litigation.
According to Didi’s team, the inconsistent answers about the residence of ju umpires do not necessarily mean they are not worthy of serving ju umpires…and they quote his own words from Friday when they said, “What is the subject of being far from ju umpires performances being sued?”

But Didi’s team adds, and the judge had changed his mind by the afternoon… signaling his intention to dismiss the ju apprentice without further investigation – and I feel that on Didi’s part it doesn’t justify it.
By dismissing the ju umpire of color, people of color will be less likely to serve the ju umpire in the future.
Didi’s part also laid out a series of suspicious abuses by the government during his investigation… Law enforcement has used excessive force during the assault on his property, and investigators steadily leaked information to the public “false and biased.”
His demand is clear…Diddy says that if the court insists on dismissing this particular ju apprentice, he believes he deserves fraud.

This is the third time Diddy has I asked of a Misunderstanding In this case…and much of the discussion here was made by his lawyer, Xavier Donaldsonin court on Friday. According to multiple reports, the four ju umpires are white and eight are not. Daily Mail Five ju apprentices report being black.
At the time, the judge said he would consider defence debate over the weekend…though he showed he was likely to dismiss the ju umpire.
