The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday unblocked a lower court over President Trump’s order to revoke “protected status” of hundreds of thousands of immigrants living in the United States.

The High Court has allowed the Trump administration to strip the approximately 350,000 Venezuelans currently in the United States from their protected status.

Ketanji Brown Jackson was the only Supreme Court judge against.

In March, a federal judge issued an order to revoke temporary restriction status (TPS) on Trump’s order for Venezuelans who arrived in the United States under Biden’s parole program.

Obama’s appointee, US District Judge Edward Chen, temporarily suspends Trump’s plan to end Biden’s TPS program.

The DOJ argued that parole programs are discretionary and it is up to the government to decide when the program can be reduced.

It was previously reported that President Trump was stripped of the status of 532,000 immigrants living in the United States who jumped into Joe Biden’s parole program.

Remember that Joe Biden has brought over 500,000 immigrants from Haiti, Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela to his CHNV program.

CBP data has found that more than a million illegal aliens are permitted in the United States through what the Biden administration defines as “legal.” Biden-Kamala administrators have used the CBP One App and the CHNV program to enable illegals to enter the United States.

These numbers are not included in the millions of incompanies that entered the US under Joe Biden’s watch.

Previously, 81% of Haitian immigrants from Biden’s parole program (362,000 out of 448,000) had jumped into the Red State.

Earlier this year, one Haitian who entered the US under Biden’s parole program was reportedly charged with triple murder, including two children.

President Trump has revoked immigrants’ legal status and told them they would be arrested if they didn’t self-report.
