is a story-driven game about the emotional spirit and friendships of people and soccer. You play as Julián, an energetic 8-year-old living in Quito, Ecuador. After a long day at school, he goes out with his friends for a fun afternoon of neighborhood football. The game tells the story of Ecuador’s economic struggles in the late 1990s and the community and togetherness that grew in the lead-up to the 2002 World Cup. Developers Julián Cordero and Sebastian Valbuena based the game’s settings, dialogue, and experiences on memories and photos from their own childhood growing up in Ecuador.
