For those who missed it…Chris Ann Arrested in June She found herself in legal quandary after walking into a Los Angeles-area courtroom for violating probation in the Tamar Braxton assault case. Extradited to Oklahoma Last month, in connection with a drug case.
Prosecutors have accused Chrisann of possessing controlled substances with intent to distribute and failing to affix tax stamps to the drugs, both charges that carry a maximum sentence of eight years in prison if convicted.
We checked the inmate roster and ChrisAnn is definitely out of prison in Oklahoma. At this time it’s unclear why, but we’ve been in contact with ChrisAnn and authorities to try and crack her case.
In the meantime, it looks like she’s making the most of her time with her son.
