1. Books: My mornings drank a glass of Darjeeling tea at 8am and read for 45 minutes. It sets a reflective tone for creativity and intellectual engagement. My home library has over 5,000 books on food, finance and fashion.
2. Fasting: I practice mindful eating by doing intermittent fasting in the 14-hour window, avoiding sugar, avoiding ready-to-eat foods packaged. I prefer fresh, homemade meals that support my lifestyle.
3. Strength Training: My fitness routine includes evening walks, aerobic exercise and strength training focusing on agle and stability. I also practice boxing three days a week at the gym.
4. Swimming: That’s an important part of my everyday life. It’s more than just a training session, it acts as a contemplative retreat, helping to clean your mind, build and recharge your endurance after a long day.
5. Rewind: I like writing short stories and playing with design ideas outside of my workspace. I like to bring my creativity to the spaces of design, interiors, and avoid new concepts of design and color. Writing and design is a creative outlet that helps you relax.
