Boeing on Thursday disbanded its Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion division. According to a report from Bloomberg This is based on a source familiar with the matter.

Boeing’s DEI office staff will be combined with a separate human resources team focused on talent and employee experience, according to the report. Sarah Bowen, Boeing’s vice president who heads DEI, also announced her resignation. on LinkedIn Thursday.

Our team is dedicated to supporting the evolving talent and creativity of our employees. The team accomplished so much, sometimes imperfectly, and never easy, but we dreamed of achieving even more.
