You decide: Which cities produce the best high school soccer talent?
WR Jordan Clay – Jaden Higgins (Iowa)
Clay has appeared over the past few months after an incredible show at the Navy National Bowl as one of the top receivers of the 2026 class. The 4 stars in San Antonio (Texas) Madison are big and strong. He’s not super electric, but he’s open and able to make contested catches and shows incredible consistency.
Higgins is very similar. IowaAlthough no one will be blown out of the water, the 6-foot-4, 215-pound Higgins caught 87 passes and nine touchdowns for 1,183 yards last season as one of two receivers with over 1,000 yards. He is predicted to be selected somewhere in the early to mid-round of the NFL Draft.
Clay has attracted much more attention than Higgins (who began his career in Eastern Kentucky), but Baylor Play for position coaches Dallas BakerWho starred? Florida Before the seventh pick.
QB Keisean Henderson: Shedeur Sanders (Colorado)
First, there are some major differences between Henderson and Sanders at the same stage. One was Sanders was going to go. Faw He then went before his father got a job in Jackson State Colorado. I wonder what Sanders’ development will be like if he goes to Fau. Meanwhile, Henderson has every offer to the world, and Houston’s commit is about to turn its way over with every force there.
However, there are many similarities. There was a question about Sanders’ throwing mechanic in high school, and Henderson was considered an athlete a year ago, and in fact put all the pieces together to show that he is one of the best quarterbacks in his class.
Both have truly alive arms. Both are incredible playmakers. Both can dodge pressure, lower your eyes and play. Sanders is predicted as an early first round pick, and in his five-star ranking, so does Henderson.
Ol Kodi Greene: Logan Brown (Kansas)
What makes Green so special is that he can play with power and handle it at the high school level, but he’s so incredibly athletic and fast that he does an amazing job of stopping edge rushing. After playing for Powerhouse Santa Ana (California) Matter Day and originally from the Pacific Northwest, Greene has adapted well and can’t throw everyone like a rag doll, but rarely loses.
The same goes for Brown, who hasn’t had an astounding resume for just one year as a starter after transferring from Wisconsin. Kansashowever, one season with Lawrence was truly impressive. He is a mid-round NFL draft pick, with Green having a chance to be much higher in a more established career in Oregon.
RB Davian Groce: Ollie Gordon (Oklahoma)
Gross was very impressive in the Navy All-American Bowl to break tackles, miss people, and bring bigger runs backwards with easy running power and speed.
Gordon was that player in that very high school – finished as the eighth best running in the class of 2022 – and carried it Oklahoma He finished for about 3,000 yards in three seasons.
However, there is one important difference. Gordon will be playing running back. Groce will inevitably just run off on the Lone Star in Frisco (Texas) and almost certainly play wide receivers at the next level.
Ol Tyler Merrill: Wyatt Millm, West Virginia
Merrill is all in business on the field, and he loves physical play and wants to not only keep people out of the way, but also overwhelm them and not let them step into the football field with him. Notre Dame The commit is not very explosive, but he is tough and strong and likes to impose his will.
About the same size, Millum did the same thing West Virginia. In his NFL.com draft profile, he is described as “tough, strong, challenge-oriented.” He is predicted in the second round of the draft, and Merrill could definitely be in that range as well as time at South Bend.
