Aubrey Plaza She didn’t join the many celebrities attending Sunday night’s Golden Globe Awards ceremony…she skipped the ceremony two days after her husband passed away.
The 82nd annual ceremony was packed with celebrities at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills…but Aubrey wasn’t among them – and it’s clear why.
Ms. Plaza was originally scheduled to present the award… although it is unclear who will take her place.
We broke the story… Police and fire were called to a Los Angeles-area home at 10:30 a.m. Friday after an assistant discovered Baena’s body.
Law enforcement ruled the death a suicide.
Baena is known for directing “Life After Beth” and “Horse Girl,” and is also the co-writer of the classic comedy “I Heart Huckabee.”
