While August has never been a quiet month for new releases, September is generally considered the first big month as the video game industry hits its traditional blockbuster rush in time for holiday shopping.
This September, PC, PlayStation, Nintendo and Xbox owners can find two flagship sports video game titles, the quirky sports-themed Harry Potter spinoff and the relentless action of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 and a remaster of Dead Rising, as well as the first premium expansion pack for Bethesda Game Studios’ role-playing epic, Starfield, which turned one year old this month.
