After making course corrections with many re-shooting and director’s shuffle, “Elio” is poised to become Disney & Pixar’s next potential blockbuster hit with the rescheduled release date of June 20, 2025, as a child-centric sci-fi comedy fell into the Galaxy, with us sharing a vibrant new trailer.
“Elio’s” family-friendly plotline is on track around an alien-obsessed 11-year-old hero. This vast interplanetary organisation is a consortium of representatives of all aspects of the universe.
Elio has been misidentified as the official ambassador of Earth in an unexpected role he inherits. He soon enters a political storm where he must form alliances with various alien species with both friends and enemies in order to save the galaxy and discover the true purpose of life.

The Universe Event Offering “Elio” has everything from the original animated adventure, as there was a necessary tone revamp that was needed when Sharafian and Shi intervened to rewrite the script. Though it pushed the release date down for over a year, these massive changes and tinkerings gave the film a less serious attitude and brightened up the overall mood.
