Alexis Puentes, well known for his stage name, Alex Cuba, is a Cuban Canadian singer-songwriter who sings in Spanish and English. “El Día Más Triste” was released in February 2025 as the first single of an upcoming album. The video for the song was filmed in Miami with Cuban director Yeandro Tamayo.
