“He was really coming and calling me a lot,” Keys told his rivals. “He’s one of my peers and he calls me, talks about the ball, tells the life… that’s my dog.”
Mississippi’s 5-star wide receiver chose LSU over other candidates AlabamaAuburn, Miami, Tennesseeand Texas A&M. The Keys were in Knoxville last weekend, and the Crimson Tide also showed they’re getting stronger this offseason.
When Keys began to suggest a decision, LSU hit when they began to hint at the job.
The top 10 recruits told rivals who expected to make a decision after a series of spring visits that began with a trip to Baton Rouge and an official summer visit on Tuesday (March 18).
That timeline surged after checking LSU again.
