In a recent interview with Metro, Bill Skarsgard recently gave us a little insight into what we can expect from the killer extradimensional dancing clown named Pennywise. He first talked about the already planned sequel, which looks like it will delve a little deeper into who Pennywise is.
I’m attached to it, but that’s all I can say, we’re in the early stages and I’m talking [IT director Andy Muschietti] Think about it and how it will turn out. That’s a different story, but I’m excited to delve deeper into the character because there’s more exploration of who Pennywise is.
Director Skarsgård also talked about what we can expect from the current movie and the journey we will witness from the character of Pennywise.
From the first scene to the last, there is depth and change in Pennywise, and there is a journey. I’m glad you said that and it resonates with me. That’s exactly what I want people to feel. What is this? ‘And I think that’s what I wanted and where I want to go with the second piece, delving into the psychological and metaphysical space of this hyperdimensional being.

Although there were rumors, the author stephen king Early screenings of IT left me unimpressed, but clearly everything has changed. King recently spoke to Bloody Disgusting and gushed about how great the movie was.
“I had hopes, but I wasn’t prepared for how great it would actually be. It’s something that’s different, but also something that audiences can relate to. They like the characters. For me, it’s all about character. If you like the characters…if you care about them…making them scary usually works.”
“I think my fans are going to enjoy this movie. I think they’re going to really enjoy it. And I think some of them are going to come back two or three times and really taste it. The second time I watched it, I felt like I was able to see things that I had missed the first time.
