The 2025 US Open Golf Schedule will run from June 12th to Sunday, June 15th, 2025. The tournament will be held at the Oakmont Country Club Course in Oakmont, Pennsylvania. 2025 Open golf The tournament play schedule will begin on Thursday, June 12th. The tournament is the third of four major golf championships on the PGA Tour. This field is bigger than we saw at Masters last month. There are 156 players capped. TV coverage for the event was delivered by the USA network in the early part of the first two rounds, with NBC covering players in the money time and scoring group.

- Amateurs with handicaps below 1.4 are We are open. They will need to reach one of the 11 final qualifying events to win the spot.
- The first US US Open won the US before John McDermott won the US Open in 1912. The first 17 events focused on British golf professionals who had come to the US.
- Tiger Woods is the only male golfer to win the US junior amateur, US amateur and the US open. He won each event three times. He was a junior in the United States in 1991, 1992 and 1993. American amateur in 1994, 1995 and 1996. He won the US Open in 2000, 2002 and 2008.
