The 2025 Horizon League Basketball Tournament schedule begins March 4 at campus venues. This year’s semifinals and championship game will be held on March 10 and 11, 2025 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds Coliseum. This season, the championship games for the men’s and women’s tournaments will be broadcast on the ESPN family of networks.
2025 Horizon League Men’s Basketball Tournament Seeding
The 2025 Horizon League Men’s Basketball Tournament is set up similarly to the 2024 Horizon League Basketball Tournament. All 11 teams will qualify for the tournament. In the Horizon League, reseeding occurs after the first round, which is a bit unusual for college hoops. The No. 1 seed will play the lowest remaining seeded vice with a direct winner between the No. 6 and No. 11 teams. Standard tiebreakers apply for tournament seeding. Wright State opens the season against Kentucky and is considered one of the strongest teams in the conference this season.
