Autumn was confirmed dead by the Virginia Office of the Chief Medical Examiner on Monday, July 22. She was 27 years old.
She is the second6 Year Old and Pregnant Another notable star to pass away this year is Sean Gallinger, who passed away in February.

All of this taken together clearly warrants investigation.
