100 Thieves kicked off the League Championship Series Summer Split playoffs in style on Saturday, defeating Dignitas 3-0 in the upper bracket quarterfinals.
With this win, 100 Thieves will face Team Liquid in the semifinals, who went 7-0 in the group stage to clinch the number one seed.
100 Thieves played all of their matches in red, winning in minutes 29, 27, and 22. As a team, 100 Thieves averaged 16.3 kills, 3.0 deaths, and 33.7 assists, while Dignitas averaged 3.0, 16.3, and 10.7, respectively.
The setback saw Dignitas drop to the first round of the lower bracket.
Eight teams competed for six spots in the double-elimination playoffs for League of Legends Summer Split.
All group matches will be best of three, with the playoffs being best of five. The tournament winner will take home $100,000 of the $200,000 prize pool, and the top three teams will advance to the World Championship.
