How to prepare and store

Chicken chili with white beans is one of those great recipes that tastes even better the next day. Therefore, make it up to 5 days in advance, let it cool, then store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Before serving, reheat on the stove over medium-low heat.

It also freezes beautifully. If stored properly, it can be frozen for 3 to 6 months. Thaw the chili peppers in the refrigerator overnight and reheat before eating.
