Millions of commuters across the UK face further snow, ice and rain as a result of continuing weather warnings this morning.
The Japan Meteorological Agency warned that travel disruptions are expected due to adverse conditions such as flooding from heavy rain and melting snow.

Snow and ice warnings are in place for much of Scotland, with forecasters warning there could be disruption to travel.
