Introduction to immunogenicity module
First announced in October 2024, the new Immunogenicity (IgX) module simplifies control mapping, supports multiple validation workflows, and integrates within Sapio LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and ELN (Electronic Laboratory Notebook). Automate your data analysis. These features reduce manual effort and ensure data integrity, allowing researchers to more effectively handle complex immunogenicity workflows while maintaining accuracy and reliability. It will be.
Enhancements to GMP workflow
The latest updates to Sapio’s Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) module focus on improving monitoring and testing workflows, making them more flexible and accurate. GMP workflows are integrated with an Integrated Data View (IDV) outside of ELN, reducing system load and improving material and equipment tracking.
Environmental monitoring routines have been enhanced to capture a wider range of data, including text, true/false metrics, and numbers. These updates allow users to add notes and additional metadata to test configuration batch records, receive samples, initiate test workflows, process analytical data more efficiently, and streamline the entire GMP process. It will look like this.
Advances in cheminformatics
Sapio LIMS and ELN chemistry modules include upgraded features for managing and analyzing chemical data. These updates include enhancements to relative stereochemistry support, simplifying the handling of stereoisomers in the naming, identification, and registration process. Stereolysis functionality has also been added to the compound and reagent registry, allowing users to refine their searches by specifying stereospecific queries or expanding queries to include all variants.
Additionally, we added the ability to define any number of registries to handle research compounds, chemical reagents, virtual design compounds, etc.
Expanding molecular biology capabilities
Sapio continues to enhance its molecular biology toolkit with a series of new features aimed at simplifying sequence assembly, alignment, and analysis. Added batch cloning and combinatorial assembly capabilities, allowing researchers to seamlessly track and compare sequence derivatives and lineages.
The introduction of the Protein Sequencer Viewer allows direct import of InterProScan data, NCBI protein accession numbers, or UniProt IDs, giving researchers more flexibility in their analysis. Additionally, protein sequences can now be directly translated together with DNA sequences, streamlining the editing and analysis of protein products.
