LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Independent music company Reservoir Media has announced a new publishing deal with renowned country songwriter and producer Travis Heidelman.
The deal marks Heidelman’s first publishing agreement and covers his entire current catalog and upcoming work, including his recent hit collaboration with Dasha, “Austin (Boots Stop Workin’).”
Los Angeles-based Heidelman co-wrote and produced the country-pop hit with Dasha, which peaked at No. 3 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs.
Other work includes collaborations with artists such as Annie Shindell, Arden Jones, Clare Rosinkrantz, Taylor Bickett, Whitney Phillips, Noah Floersch, Rollo, Greyson Chance, Jimmy Robbins, and many others.
“Reservoir demonstrated unparalleled passion and initiative embodied by everyone I met at the company. They put in all their effort and delivered on every promise, which is exactly what I’m looking for in a new partner,” Heidelman said.
“Travis has demonstrated a keen sense for pushing the boundaries of country music while delivering hit songs. We’re honored to bring his multi-genre talents to Reservoir and connect with our other creatives, and look forward to supporting his continued success as a writer and producer,” added John Ogier, executive vice president of creative at Reservoir.
