Rangers signed defender Nereatio Kasanwirjo and midfielder Nedim Bajrami on transfer deadline day.
The 25-year-old Bajrami joined from Italian club Sassuolo for a fee of £3.4 million and has agreed a long-term contract.
Meanwhile, Casanvirjo, who can play at full-back or centre-back, joins on a season-long loan from Feyenoord with an option to make the move permanent.
Their arrivals mean Rangers have signed 11 players this summer, joining Robin Propper, Vaclav Cerny, Hamza Igamane, Jephte, Clinton Nsiala, Liam Kelly, Connor Barron and Oscar Cortes (who rejoined on loan with an obligation to buy in the summer), while Mohamed Diomande has made his loan move permanent.
“I’m happy to join a club of the size of Rangers,” said Bayrami, who scored the fastest goal in European Championship history when he put Albania ahead after 23 seconds against Italy in the summer.
“They are a club known around the world, having won numerous trophies in recent years and played in European finals.
“I have had good discussions with the manager and I believe a move to Rangers is the right move at this point in my career.”
“I look forward to meeting my new teammates and fans in the near future.”
“I am really looking forward to joining the club and playing for the fans,” said the 22-year-old Kasangwiljo.
“I spoke to the coach and he had a good feeling about it. The most important thing for me is to play as much as I can and help the team.”
“Rangers is a really big and traditional club. There are a lot of memories and you have to win games. I want to win and I want to raise the level of the team so it’s a good step for me.”
