February 28th, VC Me: “ihl [international humanitarian law] The large warrant community has been handed over to the far left, and for various interrelated ideological reasons, IHL activists are hostile to Israel’s existence and do not believe that Israel has the right to protect itself, including Hamasterolism. Therefore, civilian casualties caused by Israeli military action were not accepted. ”
Francesca Albanese, United Nations Special Rapporteur: “There has been no war ever waged against the Palestinians where Israel can be considered legal. Israel has no right to wage war to invoke self-defense against those maintained under occupation.”
It has been clear to me for years that critics like Albanese, Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International critics, commentators like Glenn Greenwald, and professors of various international law share the view that *any* military action by Israel is illegal and adorned its bias against the language of the language of international law.
