How to translate messages with Instagram DM

If you’ve received a message directly on Instagram in a language you don’t speak very well, copy the text, open your browser, and translate.google.com Then you just need to translate the message and then go back to the original app and respond. Step 1: Continue pressing and holding the message you want to translate

When you hard press the message you want to translate, you will see some options. These include “Reply”, “Forward”, “Copy”, “Make AI Image”, “Translate”, “PIN”, “Delete for You”, and “Report”.

Step 2: Click “Translation”

Click Translate to see a message on the first attempt. The message says, “Read the message in your preferred language,” and below it says, “The text from the message you are translating will be shared with the meta to provide a translation.” This pops up only when you try to translate a message. If you want to continue with the translation, click OK.
