On Tuesday, the J6 community received some good news from lawyer Carolyn Stewart. Costian of Elias will be released. As Gateway critics previously reported, Elias was forced to hand himself over to prison on February 12, 2025, just weeks after receiving the full presidential pardon. He was jailed for charges obtained from the assault on his home for his January 6th attendance.

After the appeal for the extension was denied, the Costians reluctantly absorbed themselves into the Northeast Ohio Correctional Center (NeoCC) on February 12th. Attorneys Carolyn Stewart and Roger Roots filed an emergency motion and waited for the DOJ to respond a week later on the 19th.
In a government response to the allegations, US Attorney David Bornstein said,
“After consultation with the Department of Justice leader, the US concluded that the president had forgiven Kostian about the crimes he accused,” wrote Bornstein. “This decision by this executive is “decisive and exclusive.” ”
The next day, on February 20th, Stewart and Roots submitted their answers to the government’s response.
The submission by Stewart agreed with the government and supported their conclusions. The government agreed that Kostian’s case was under the president’s amnesty and that he should be released from prison soon.” It continues, “He [Costianes] The court honorably requests that Mr. Kostian be released immediately from the Northeast Ohio Correctional Center (NEOCC), where the former US s and BOP are currently incarcerated, to override the district court’s decision, to deny this court’s current appeal and to remand the case to the district court on the direction of dismissal.
More than a month has passed since the reply was sent to court, and Maryland’s 4th District Judge James K. Bredal continued to hold Elias Kostian’s hostages. In fact, the government has filed a second motion for Elias’ release.

Obama’s appointees appeared to have been on vacation, on vacation, lost or simply disappeared, even after the joint complaint was filed on March 13th. He does not answer or release the Kostia faction, and Osa says that the former working for the Justice Department will not release the Kostia faction without a court order. There were also some questions about why Pam Bondi was not intervening.
All this will lead us on Tuesday, almost three months after Elias became independent in prison, almost four months. Costian of Elias is a free man.

On Tuesday, Carolyn Stewart broadcast a message from Elias. “Elias is grateful to everyone who prayed and supported him during this tough time.”
