Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass held a press conference Thursday morning to brief the public on the ongoing wildfires that are out of control in her city and the greater Los Angeles area.
There are currently several fires burning in Los Angeles, and the rate of containment is almost zero.
Santa Ana’s gusty winds and dry hydrants are making it nearly impossible for firefighters to contain the blaze.
LA’s incompetent and corrupt mayor, Karen Bass, was actually in Africa when a fire exploded in her city.
Karen Bass cut fire department funding by $17.6 million months before Tuesday’s fire.
Mayor Bass, reading from his prepared remarks, once again failed his emergency relief website.

She read word-for-word from a prepared script, like a third grader presenting a book report, and failed another rescue website.

The reporter pointed out to Karen Bass that she saw houses burnt down, but there were no fire trucks anywhere to be seen.
“My No. 1 focus… is that we have to protect lives, we have to save lives, and we have to save homes. Rest assured -” Karen Bass said. Said.
It’s a little too late for that. More than 1,000 homes were burnt down, several people were killed, and 2,000 buildings were reduced to ashes.
The reporter interrupted Karen Bass and said, “But that didn’t happen!”
“Let me finish this!” Karen Bass lashed out at the reporter.

Karen Bass gaslighted the public, claiming millions of dollars in firefighting funding cuts had no effect on this week’s wildfires.
“There were no cuts that affected the situation we were dealing with,” Karen Bass said.
“The most important thing to understand is that we were in a tough period financially. [and] The impact of our budget hasn’t really affected what we’ve been experiencing the past few days,” she said.
This is next level gaslighting.

Karen Bass refuses to accept any responsibility for her policy failures that led to the most destructive fires in history.
On Wednesday, a Sky News reporter grilled Karen Bass, slamming her policy failures.
Karen Bass was stunned and bowed her head in shame as reporters berated her.

“Do I owe the public an apology for being absent while my house was on fire?” Do I regret cutting the fire department’s budget?
