On Thursday night, Chuck Schumer, the Democratic Senate minority leader, called Republicans “bastards” during an interview with MSNBC’s Chris Hayes.
Schumer appeared on MSNBC to discuss the House Pass Expense Bill after he announced he would fall into a cave and vote.
“Their only people – the only thing they understand is to meet conflict and conflict. So, when I look at Doug Ford in Ontario, I slam the table and say, “Are you going to do tariffs on us? I’m going to do tariffs on you, we’re going to put an extra charge on electricity” – that’s the only thing that gets their attention. The only thing that will set them back is to meet conflict and conflict. If you encounter a conflict with an essentially managed retreat or strategic unengagement, they will roll over you! ” Chris Hayes told Schumer.
Schumer squealed: They became plutocratic politics. Oli head. In Medicaid, there are plans to confront all of them. If a shutdown occurs, you can’t do that because it fills both the Senate and the debate about whether or not to cut this, and fills both the debate about whether or not to cut what they want to cut. ”
Chuck Schumer tried to “apologise” after calling the Republicans “abastards.”
“So, in the sentence that we are paying billionaires tax cuts to the middle class, it’s much better not to be in the middle of the shutdown where we can divert people from the biggest issues we have with these bastards to create a conflict on the best grounds! – sorry, these people,” Schumer said.
